In our Digital Transformation Unit, we lay the foundation for the process plants of the future. Networked valves, unique identification, and continuous data flows make operations more transparent, efficient, and secure. Real-time data enables predictive maintenance, while smart services such as remote maintenance and notifications increase flexibility. An interoperable architecture ensures compatibility and rapid scaling – even in highly regulated environments.

HOW DIGITAL SERVICES ARE REVOLUTIONIZING PROCESSES
With the introduction of our CONEXO platform, BWT Aqua AG (CH), a leader in water treatment for industry and pharmaceuticals, has digitized its service and documentation processes – efficiently, paperlessly, and with end-to-end traceability.
The company was looking for a way to modernize its service and documentation processes. Paper-based processes were time-consuming, prone to errors, and made complete traceability difficult.
The introduction of the CONEXO platform made maintenance and service fully digital. Starting with digital diaphragm replacement via QR/RFID identification, complete workflows followed: from planning and storage to mobile execution and digital signatures to automatic ERP documentation.
The new standard since the beginning of 2023: completely paperless maintenance and seamless traceability. Employees save time every day by no longer having to search for documents – creating increased efficiency and satisfaction. This enables time savings of up to 70% for field maintenance work and around 65% for customer goods receipts.
