Our research and development combines forward-looking technologies with practical implementation. In four areas of innovation, we combine expertise, state-of-the-art tools, and creative ideas to create products that impress in terms of performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Additive manufacturing – new design freedom

With state-of-the-art additive manufacturing, we are setting new standards in design freedom and efficiency. 3D printing using high-performance polymers or metal alloys creates components with complex geometries that would be virtually impossible to produce using conventional methods. The result: shorter development times, reduced material costs, and greater functionality. From prototype production to small series, we deliver tailor-made solutions that optimize processes and conserve resources.

Digital engineering – faster from idea to solution

We combine digital development tools with in-depth industry knowledge to achieve precise and fast results. Automated CAD generation, variant management, and simulation-based optimizations reduce development time from days to minutes. Intelligent configuration tools and secure data platforms ensure that complex projects are implemented error-free, on time, and with the highest quality.

Sustainability and efficiency – responsibility meets cost-effectiveness

For us, sustainability begins in the concept phase. We select materials and designs that reduce energy consumption, minimize maintenance, and improve the carbon footprint. Efficient electric drives replace resource-intensive compressed air systems, and condition monitoring reduces the need for spare parts. This is how we combine cost-effectiveness with responsibility – today and in the future.

Forward-looking materials – maximum performance for every application

In our materials research, we develop innovative high-performance polymers and seal formulations that offer maximum chemical, mechanical, and thermal resistance. Every material is tested according to international standards (FDA, USP, EU). This results in materials that meet regulatory requirements, are durable, and at the same time open up new applications in demanding industries.
