Reliable technology for
extreme conditions
Our robust valve solutions ensure stable processes in hydrometallurgy, chemical supply and water management – worldwide and under the toughest operating conditions.

In mining, technical reliability, long service life and compliance with strict environmental and safety regulations are key. This applies in particular to applications involving abrasive or chemically corrosive media.
With our valve solutions, we support the mining industry worldwide in water supply, hydrometallurgy and chemical handling. By using chemically and temperature-resistant materials, low-maintenance designs and intelligent automation technology, we enable stable processes even under extreme conditions. As a globally experienced partner, we support you with practical advice, technical precision and a clear view of long-term requirements.
From leaching to recovery: Hydrometallurgy uses aqueous solutions to extract metals such as copper, nickel or lithium under extreme chemical conditions. The raw materials are ores, concentrates and recycled material from batteries, electrical scrap or catalytic converters.
From grinding ore to chemical treatment, abrasive suspensions, high solids content and corrosive chemicals place enormous demands on valves. Deposits, low flow velocities and large particles can block valves, while corrosion and wear significantly reduce service life.

Our valves can handle extreme conditions in all process steps: Separation, flotation and extraction, as well as chemical and electrochemical treatment. Abrasion-resistant linings and chemically resistant materials ensure a reliable flow of suspensions, water and reagents. Automated dosing systems ensure precise control, reduce chemical consumption and increase process stability.

Sulphuric acid, sodium hydroxide and flocculants are essential in flotation, hydrometallurgy and water treatment. They require maximum safety, precise dosing and robust materials, even under harsh conditions and in remote regions.
Corrosive, toxic or oxidizing chemicals put strain on every component. Escaping media endanger personnel and the environment. In addition, the dosing and flow must be absolutely precise when the pressure fluctuates. These requirements pose a real challenge for valve designs.

For our valve designs, we rely on linings made of chemically resistant plastics such as PVDF, PFA or PTFE, which can be selected individually. High-quality stainless steel may also be suitable for certain applications. Leak-free diaphragm valves and intelligent actuator technology ensure precise chemical dosing and maximum operational safety for stable processes and durable plants.

Whether for ore processing, dust binding, cooling or the removal of mine water, water is indispensable in mining. Stable and efficient water handling ensures operation, protects resources and complies with environmental regulations through the reuse and recycling of process water.
High flow rates, fluctuating pressures and abrasive particles such as sand or rock dust place considerable strain on every component. Contaminated raw water and chemical residues increase corrosion risks and operating costs if materials and controls are not optimally designed.

Our valves made from stainless steel, coated cast iron or robust plastics ensure durable water systems. Abrasion-resistant linings and intelligent actuators enable precise control, reduced operating costs and maximum availability. Even under extreme conditions.

The advantages for you
Our valves can handle abrasive suspensions, corrosive chemicals and fluctuating pressures. Chemical- and temperature-resistant materials ensure maximum safety. Even under extreme mining conditions.
Intelligent actuators and digital position indicators enable precise control of dosing, mixing and separation processes. Our solutions can be seamlessly integrated into existing control systems and increase process stability.
Robust valves with low-maintenance designs reduce downtime and extend the service life of your plants. You, in turn, reduce the total cost of ownership for hydrometallurgy, chemical handling and water supply.
