Multi-port valve blocks made of high-purity plastic

Reliable. Flexible. Compact.

High-purity, flexible multi-port valve blocks made of plastic ensure the purity of process media in high-tech markets and optimize product quality and quantity.

High-purity process solutions with customized multi-port block valves

The purity of process media plays a central role in high-tech markets for the quality and output quantity of the end product. For these applications, we offer you the option of implementing two or more valve seats up to a fully integrated system solution in a multi-port valve blocks.

We offer you a wide range of options for designing and manufacturing multi-port valve blocks tailored to your specific process requirements. Depending on your needs, the valve seat can be sealed using PD or diaphragm technology.

ISO-certified clean room production for maximum safety

We manufacture and assemble our high-purity products in certified ISO Class 8 cleanrooms in accordance with EN ISO 14644-1. This ensures maximum cleanliness and quality in sensitive applications and guarantees reliable and reproducible product quality.

High-purity valve block with PD technology

GEMÜ PC 50 iComLine

GEMÜ PC50 iComLine block valves made of plastic and stainless steel are used to provide manufacturers with a space-saving, flexible, and cost-effective solution. Thanks to proven PD technology and customer-specific designs, different functions are combined in a very small space and can be used in many applications by selecting the appropriate material. The actuators for these multi-port valve blocks are based on valve types GEMÜ C50, C51, C53, and C57.

Whether simple straight-through bodies or fully integrated multi-port block valves , we design and manufacture every version precisely to suit your application.

Discover a wide range of solutions for the smallest of spaces

Range of variants

Whether as a flow-through body or a fully integrated system solution, the GEMÜ PC50 iComLine offers a wide range of applications. Discover how it can optimally support your application.

Valve block as a 2-Way-Valve

Block valves blocks with 2-Way-Valve are used in customized solutions when the installation space must be tailored to the application or a higher Kv value is required.

Valve block as a distributor

A manifold block is specially designed for distributing media and combines at least two valve seats with matching actuators in a compact block. The compact design significantly reduces the hold-up volume and space requirements in the system, enabling efficient and safe process control.

Valve blocks as a multi-port version

A multi-port valve block combines two or more valve seats with matching actuators in a compact block. The compact design reduces hold-up volume and space requirements in the system, thus supporting efficient and economical process control.

Block valve in modular design

Modular block valves consist of several individual block valves that can be flexibly combined with each other. This allows the number of valves and connections to be variably adapted to your plant requirements. In order to meet the high requirements for purity and quality, we assemble and test the modular valve blocksunder clean room conditions.

Fully integrated system solution in one block

We develop and design each valve block precisely to your requirements. This allows measurement and control technology as well as industry-standard input and output components to be integrated directly into the valve block. In addition to proven GEMÜ components, components specified by you or external components can also be integrated for seamless integration into your plant environment.

Four steps to the right solution

Understanding requirements. Developing solutions. Delivering results.

To ensure that a multi-port block valve not only works but also fits seamlessly into your process, clarity, communication, and a common approach are essential. In four coordinated steps, we accompany you from the initial inquiry to the ready-to-install solution—transparent, structured, and on equal terms.
