You can access the centrally available technical data, test reports and spare parts information at any time. Components from other manufacturers can also be seamlessly integrated. Range of functions
With CONEXO, you have control over the entire life cycle of your components – from unique identification and digital mapping of the plant structure to maintenance planning, obsolescence management and standardised integration. The platform ensures transparency, efficiency and future-proofing – across manufacturers and traceable at all times.
With CONEXO, you can identify GEMÜ components and third-party parts clearly and in a standardized way - via RFID, QR or NFC code directly on the product. All relevant information such as serial numbers, type plates or AAS data (Asset Administration Shell) is recorded across all systems and made available digitally. This creates transparency across all components - for precise traceability and efficient maintenance.

Process flow
By scanning the RFID tag, NFC or QR code, technical data, maintenance history, certificates and the component are recognised immediately. All relevant information and certificates can be accessed directly in the app or portal.
Technical data, maintenance history, certificates and testimonials can be viewed in the app or portal.
The recorded components are automatically transferred to the digital maintenance documentation in order to control processes seamlessly.
With CONEXO, you can digitally record your entire system structure - from the location to assemblies and individual components. The visual representation provides an overview and creates the basis for targeted analyses, systematic maintenance and manufacturer-independent planning.

Process flow
All recorded components are organized in a clearly structured, digital overview. This includes mapping the location structure and setting up technical locations.
Each component is scanned and assigned to your system or assembly. This creates a clear structure that provides transparency and facilitates later access.
You can view and update the entire system structure at any time in the CONEXO portal or the CONEXO app. Reports, logs and spare parts lists can be generated.
CONEXO digitalizes your maintenance planning - with clear processes, defined responsibilities and complete documentation. Tasks, deadlines and next steps can be planned in the portal and executed via the app, even offline. This allows you to maintain an overview and fulfil all compliance requirements effortlessly.

Process flow
Your processes, such as a diaphragm change in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), are defined in ready-made templates.
In a specific maintenance task, the previously defined templates are assigned to the "functional locations" of a system.
CONEXO takes care of recurring maintenance for you by means of adjustable time intervals, for example a diaphragm change every twelve months.
CONEXO allows you to keep an eye on the life cycle of your components. The system automatically recognizes when components are discontinued or need to be replaced. This allows you to plan suitable alternatives at an early stage - for maximum system availability without unplanned downtime.

Process flow
An overview shows you all expired and discontinued components and their installation location in the system.
With just one click, you can create a task in the CONEXO app to initiate the replacement.
As with maintenance, the replacement of components is carried out and documented in the CONEXO app with the help of step-by-step instructions.
CONEXO supports the import of AAS files (Asset Administration Shell) and digital type plates in accordance with IEC 61406. Components with a digital identifier can be easily scanned and transferred directly into the system. The standardized data structure ensures high quality and interoperability. CONEXO therefore remains open for products from numerous manufacturers - now and in the future.

Process flow
Digital type plates or identifiers are recorded once via add-on modules in the CONEXO portal.
Component data is automatically copied to your own dataspace (CONEXO Portal).
In addition to GEMÜ products, you can also manage third-party products in a standardized way using AAS data.
