In the GEMÜ product training course "M-blocks", you will acquire practical expertise on the design, function and use of modern M-block systems. You will learn how to use dead space-optimised designs and media-guided valve functions in a safe, hygienic and process-oriented manner. In addition to the technical basics, we also focus on application-specific requirements - so that you can select, use and operate M-blocks efficiently.

Basics of M-blocks

Functional principle

You will learn how M-blocks are designed and what requirements they have to fulfil in terms of media routing, sealing geometry and cleanability. The focus here is on the combination of safety, efficiency and hygiene: explained in a compact and practical way.

We show the advantages that M-blocks offer in industrial applications - for example through reduced interfaces, space-saving design and lower maintenance requirements.

Structure and components of M-blocks

Detailed analysis of the valve structure

You will gain an insight into the main components of an M-block, from the drive unit and valve chambers to control connections and sealing systems. We cover both standard solutions and specific designs.

You will learn which drive technologies can be integrated, which safety functions are relevant for the process - and when which design is used.

Special variants
