Our compact multi-port valve blocks of plastic combine several functions in one component – efficient, space-saving, and tailored to your application. Based on decades of experience in the production of thousands of block valves for the pharmaceutical industry, our engineers transfer this expertise specifically to plastic solutions for the traditional industrial sector.
We process high-quality materials such as PVC-U, PP, PP-natural, and PVDF as standard. Other materials are also available on request. Production is usually carried out by machining semi-finished products or solid blocks. For larger quantities, we work with you to develop customized injection molding solutions. The tools required for this are manufactured in-house, enabling us to ensure quality, flexibility, and short response times throughout the entire process.
GEMÜ P600M plastic
The GEMÜ P600M plastic M-block diaphragm valve comprises one or more diaphragm valve seats. These can be equipped with manual, pneumatic and motorized actuators. The downstream media is isolated using a diaphragm.
