Reusable block valves made of stainless steel cover a wide range of applications. Depending on the process requirements, the shut-off function can be implemented using either a diaphragm valve or a globe valve principle.

GEMÜ P600M / P600S
Reusable block valves made of plastic are primarily used when handling chemically aggressive media. Two or more diaphragm valves can be integrated in a space-saving manner using expandable modules or custom designs.

GEMÜ PC50 / GEMÜ PC60
Multi-port block valves made from high-purity plastic are fully integrated system solutions from the iComLine product range, which have been specially developed for the most demanding requirements in the semiconductor industry. They combine valve functions, fittings, sensors, check valves, and container and housing walls in a single compact component.

Single-use solutions are used when cross-contamination must be avoided. Reusable valve blocks with single-use diaphragm valves integrate two or more GEMÜ SUMONDO valves in a compact block.
