Multiport-block valves made of stainless steel cover a wide range of applications. Depending on the process requirements, the shut-off function can be implemented either via a diaphragm, PD or plate seal.
Multi-port block valves made of stainless steel offer a robust and compact solution for complex process requirements. They combine several valves and pipe sections in a single unit, enabling efficient control of media flows while reducing space requirements. Thanks to their high-quality stainless steel construction, they are particularly resistant to corrosion, temperature and pressure, and can be used hygienically, making them ideal for demanding applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries and other sensitive areas. The individually optimized aseptic design minimizes dead space and hold-up volume, ensures easy installation, and reduces potential leak points.
GEMÜ P600M stainless steel
The GEMÜ P600M stainless steel M-block diaphragm valve comprises one or more diaphragm valve seats. It is possible to choose between manual, pneumatic and motorized actuator versions. The downstream media is isolated using a diaphragm.

GEMÜ P600S stainless steel
The GEMÜ P600S valve block made from stainless steel comprises one or more diaphragm valve seats. The individual modules can be combined together in any order. They are equipped with the pneumatically operated GEMÜ 9650 actuator.

GEMÜ P500M stainless steel
The GEMÜ P500M stainless steel valve block combines different valve principles in a single block, saving space and minimizing dead space. Diaphragm valves with diaphragm seat valves for aseptic control and filling applications can be integrated. Seat valves for steam applications and supply processes can also be combined in a multi-way block. Manual, pneumatic, and electric actuators can be used for actuation.
