MILESTONES FROM OVER 60 YEARS
At GEMÜ, we can look back on an exciting and eventful history. It all began with the groundbreaking idea of developing a plastic process valve.

MILESTONES
The first process valve, developed and manufactured by company founder Fritz Müller in his parents' garage, laid the foundation for an impressive success story. What began as a small idea has developed into one of the world's leading companies in valve, measurement, and control technology and has received numerous awards for its innovations. The very first product set new standards: it was made of lightweight, durable plastic instead of heavy metal and impressed the market right from the start. This marked the beginning of a success story that has lasted for over 60 years.
Today, the GEMÜ Group is managed by the second generation of the family, managing partner Gert Müller and his cousin Stephan Müller. From day one, GEMÜ has stood for innovation and since the takeover by the second generation, it has also stood for transformation into the digital future.
