Do you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working precisely, and are interested in machines, materials, and production? Then training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) at GEMÜ is right for you.
As part of your apprenticeship as a Machining Mechanic (m/f/d), you will spend 3.5 years learning how to machine workpieces to micrometer precision by turning, milling, or grinding. You will gain theoretical knowledge at the vocational school in Öhringen, while at GEMÜ you will gain practical experience on state-of-the-art CNC machines and control systems, which you will set up and operate independently.

After your training, you can be employed in various areas of machining production.
You will also have the opportunity to continue your training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or to specialize further by studying in a technical field.
