Whether you are looking for an internship, a working student position, a bachelor's/master's thesis or a technical thesis: every year, we support around 20 external students and pupils in a wide range of areas – from production, research & development to purchasing, marketing, human resources and IT.
You will gain insights into day-to-day business, work on your own tasks, and develop both professionally and personally. For many, it is the perfect start to a long-term career at GEMÜ.

Want to get your studies off to a flying start? At GEMÜ, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility, gain practical experience and gain real insights into an international company – whether during an internship semester, as a working student or with your thesis.
Would you like to gain practical experience as part of your studies, for example during an internship semester or a voluntary internship? Then GEMÜ is the right place for you.
We offer you the opportunity to work in your desired department, take on responsibility, and get to know the day-to-day business. To ensure that you can familiarize yourself with the company and gain a real impression, your internship should last at least two to three months.
Internships start in March and September, but individual start dates can also be arranged.

Would you like to complete your studies with a practical bachelor's or master's thesis – and not just work on theory, but really make a difference? Then GEMÜ is the right place for you.
We provide you with technical guidance and financial support for your thesis within the company. Together with our experts from the relevant departments, you will develop your topic, gain insights into the processes of an international technology company, and become part of the GEMÜ family.
You will find current topics for thesis on our careers page on a regular basis. And if there is nothing suitable for you at the moment, we would still be happy to receive your application.
Would you like to gain practical experience alongside your studies – and not just shadow someone, but really get involved? Then a working student job at GEMÜ is just right for you.
During the semester, you can work up to 20 hours per week, and during the lecture-free period, you can even work up to 40 hours. You will support your team in their day-to-day work, contribute your knowledge, and learn how theory and practice interact in a company.
