Changing cartridges of GEMÜ F40

Changing cartridges of GEMÜ F40

Thanks to the Quick-Lock connection system, the GEMÜ F40 filling valve is quick and easy to service. It uses an innovative cartridge spare part system that enables all the necessary wearing parts to be replaced in a single step. The system also includes the plug diaphragm, which is affixed to the system but which can be ordered and replaced separately as a spare part as well. All that's needed to replace the cartridge and the diaphragm is a hexagonal torque wrench. Actuator size AG 3 must be tightened to at least 60 Nm. There is also no need to retighten the seal, which offers additional time savings. Further information and practical tips are provided by the GEMÜ training team in a number of training courses.
