Sterilizable and autoclave-capable: GEMÜ sampling bottle system

The mobile bottle systems from GEMÜ are suitable for contamination-free sampling and transportation of samples to the laboratory or quality assurance station. The entire sampling unit is easy to sterilize and autoclave-capable. All GEMÜ products aim for increased safety. This is why the multi-port valve blocks used in the bottle systems have an EHEDG-certified diaphragm sealing system. The valve body itself is made of stainless steel, and glass or, again, stainless steel is used for the bottle material. FDA-compliant PTFE, EPDM and FEP are available as the sealing material; other materials are available on request. As standard, the valve bodies enable the following five functions: Use of pneumatic and/or manual actuators, sampling connection and CIP/SIP inlet, bottle filling, CIP/SIP outlet and venting. The GEMÜ animation provides a simplified demonstration of how the sampling bottle system is sterilized, assembled and connected. It also visualizes the sampling process with a multi-port valve block system.
