We are a valve manufacturer who primarily sells to the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Biotechnology, Semiconductor, and Water Treatment industries. From Vaccines to Smartphones to Coffee, our Valves and Measurement Control Systems are used in numerous production processes and play a decisive role in ensuring the quality of our daily lives and our health. We are currently seeking a temporary part-time/full-time HR File/Auditing Clerk. The Primary responsibility of this position is to preserve company records and manage paperwork effectively.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Labeling documents
  • Gathering and organizing documents for coworkers’ use, such as for reports
  • Auditing; not limited to personnel, confidential, termination, and/or disciplinary files
  • Assist with general administrative functions
  • Organize supply closet and HR file room
  • Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Basic computer skills

Preferref Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience working with confidential information

Work Schedule:
The work schedule is typically PRN (per request needed) and may be either part-time or full-time temporary and provides the incumbent with plenty of flexibility. The business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This position is perfect for a college student, “stay at home” parent, and anyone looking for a flexible work schedule.
