Cleanroom injection moulding
The specialities of the efficient manufacturing plant are injection moulding of high-temperature plastics, integration of inserts and use of fibre-reinforced plastics.
Assembly is performed in accordance with the strict values of Class 6 as per ISO 14644-1. In high-purity environments, the washing, testing and packaging work is performed in parallel.
We select the materials and produce the injection moulds, optimize designs and perform both rapid prototyping and process simulations for processing in cleanrooms.
Our new cleanroom makes it possible to produce ready-to-sterilize components with additional hygienic measures for the manufacturing cells.
GEMÜ SUMONDO® diaphragm valves are primarily used in sterile applications in the pharmaceutical, food and biotechnology industries. Alongside 2/2-way valves, T bodies and angle bodies are also available.
We develop, design and produce the injection moulds for plastic parts and for fluoropolymer processing. Any modifications to the mould are made directly in our Emmen factory.
Qualification and validation
Thanks to decades of experience, putting together mechanical and electronic assemblies has become one of our core skills. Plastic components can be manufactured without paint adhesion interfering substances.
GEMÜ drafts the risk assessment for your product. This includes investigating the system risks of the operating media and the process risks associated with manufacturing and we supply documented proof of this process.
