New filling valve platform with innovative PD design

GEMÜ is laying the cornerstone for the latest generation of filling valves with the F40 and F60 valve types. The use of the PD design has made it possible to safely isolate the moving parts of the actuator hermetically from the product area while simultaneously achieving a high number of switching cycles.

Digital identification and paperless documentation

Also for products from third-party providers

From RFID tags to individualized digital maintenance workflows – with CONEXO, GEMÜ is offering an RFID system architecture that enables clear identification of wearing parts, paperless maintenance and process documentation. In addition, prior to implementation, our engineers, technicians and software developers provide customer support for data preparation and selecting the appropriate software and hardware components, and coordinate integration into existing maintenance or ERP systems. Speak to our advisors, who will give you a live demonstration at the trade fair.

More on GEMÜ CONEXO

Control valve with extended actuator and nominal size range

The aseptic GEMÜ 567 BioStar control valve is now available up to a nominal size of DN25, thus allowing a maximum flow rate of 15 m³/h. At the same time, the selection of motorized actuators for this valve has also been extended. Visit our trade fair stand for advice on this solution for controlling small volumes in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.

Competence centre for RFID solutions

With an interdisciplinary team of software engineers, mechanical engineers and industrial engineers, GEMÜ developed the CONEXO system solution for captive identification, paperless documentation and maintenance tasks in process engineering. Since 2018, the interdisciplinary team of software engineers, mechanical engineers and industrial engineers has been working as part of its own company.

As a start-up, inevvo can deal with customer requirements quickly and flexibly, and its short decision-making channels enable it to take an agile approach. At the same time, the fact that it is a fully owned GEMÜ subsidiary ensures solid financing and organic growth within a global group.
