Our modular configurations bring clear benefits: They save space by integrating multiple functions into one compact unit. Reducing the work involved in installation shortens installation times and minimizes sources of error. At the same time, permanently connected components ensure a high level of process reliability and reproducibility. This makes for more efficient processes and makes full use of plant capacity.
GEMÜ W600
Our customer-specific stainless steel configurations combine several valve functions in one compact application-specific unit. Reduced interfaces, a clear process guide and designs that do not waste space allow for efficient integration into existing plants. Every weld seam is documented. This means you have less documentation to complete, while at the same time ensuring high reproducibility and traceable quality.
Manifolds are pre-assembled distributor solutions for process media, which can have connections, valves and measurement and control systems already integrated into them. Depending on the application, designs are available in various materials, such as plastic or stainless steel. As a compact ready-to-use solution – for instance, in the form of a ValveBox – they reduce the installation work involved and allow for reliable, low-maintenance media distribution.

During a face-to-face meeting, we will discuss your application, and clarify interfaces, requirements and boundary conditions. Always in sight: A solution that is both technically sound and cost-effective.
Coordination
Based on your specifications, we will draft a bespoke solution proposal. We will work with you to fine-tune, adapt and further develop the proposal – until everything is perfect.
Supply
Once everything has been agreed with you, we will deliver your welding configuration; it will be ready-to-install, tested and fully documented – reliably and perfectly customized to your application.
