The young company's rapid growth resulted in the addition of an annexe in 1968. The building has been extended multiple times since then. The most recent upgrade in Criesbach took place in 2005, when work was carried out to extend the available production floor and office space to 19,000 m² in total.

The Criesbach site specializes in the manufacture of valve bodies for sterile and hygienic applications and the manufacture and assembly of globe valves for industrial, sterile and hygienic processes. Surface finish quality is of particular importance here. The Criesbach site houses our multi-axis machines for manufacturing stainless steel multi-port valve blocks.

The Ingelfingen-Criesbach site has been GEMÜ's headquarters ever since the company was founded. Our Company Management is based here. The central Human Resources, Global Marketing, Sales, Finance, Quality Management, Service and Purchasing departments are also based in Criesbach. Criesbach is also home to the business unit Pharma, Food & Biotech and the Semiconductors business segment.
