Das 2/2-Wege-Füllventil GEMÜ F40 ist für Füllprozesse in aseptischen und hygienischen Anwendungsbereichen konzipiert. Je nach Ausführung sind Durchflussmengen bis 18.500 l/h möglich. Das Dichtprinzip des Ventils beruht auf der GEMÜ PD-Technologie, wodurch der Antrieb vom Medium hermetisch getrennt ist. Alle Antriebsteile (die Dichtelemente ausgenommen) sind aus Edelstahl. Es stehen die Steuerfunktionen „Federkraft geschlossen“ und „Federkraft geöffnet“ zur Verfügung.

The 2/2-way filling valve is designed for filling processes in aseptic and hygienic applications. Flow rates of up to 18,500 l/h are possible, depending on the design. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMÜ PD design, whereby the actuator is hermetically separated from the medium. All actuator parts (except the seals) are made from stainless steel. The "Normally closed" and "Normally open" control functions are available.
