La vanne à membrane 2/2 voies GEMÜ R647 est une vanne de passage à commande pneumatique. La vanne ne possède pas de ressort de fermeture et est uniquement fermée lorsqu'elle reçoit de l'air comprimé. Le siège de la vanne est équipé d'une membrane d'étanchéité. L'armature se compose essentiellement de trois pièces, le corps de vanne, la membrane d'arrêt et le couvercle avec le raccord pour fluide de commande. Le fluide de commande agit sur la membrane d'arrêt et la presse contre la barre d'arrêt se trouvant dans le corps de vanne. Le corps de vanne à haut rendement permet d'obtenir un haut débit avec une dimension compacte.

Am Ventilsitz befindet sich eine Membranabdichtung. Die Armatur besteht im Wesentlichen aus drei Teilen, dem Ventilkörper, der Absperrmembrane und dem Deckel mit Steuermediumsanschluss. Das Steuermedium beaufschlagt die Absperrmembrane und drückt diese gegen den sich im Ventilkörper befindlichen Absperrsteg. Der High-Flow Ventilkörper erlaubt kompakte Abmessungen bei hohen Durchflusswerten.
