Precise media handling and control for semiconductor manufacturing

In focus: Semiconductor

Ultrapure water, aggressive chemicals and abrasive slurries place high demands on media handling and control in semiconductor processes. We support these applications with valve, measurement and control technology. Our solutions range from individual globe valves to multi-port valve blocks with several integrated valve seats, right through to fully integrated system solutions.

    For high-purity applications with limited installation space: the compact GEMÜ P35 diaphragm globe valve can be used as a single valve or integrated into GEMÜ PC50 multi-port valve blocks.

    For high flow performance with low-stress media handling, the highest purity standards and high chemical resistance: the GEMÜ C60 is part of our portfolio of high-purity diaphragm valves.

Cleanroom capacity

Our manufacturing areas meet the highest cleanroom standards (ISO 6 to 9). They allow for the processing of a wide range of part sizes and specific materials. Cleanroom manufacturing certified to ISO 13485 is carried out using semi- or fully automated injection molding machines (35 to 450 t clamping force). Thanks to our plastic injection molding expertise, we are able to respond to every customer requirement in cleanroom technology.
