The foundation of your process safety
PUPSIT refers to the integrity test of a sterilized filter after sterilization, installation and handling, but before first product contact, to ensure its function and sterile barrier effect. Since the revision of EU GMP Annex 1, PUPSIT has been a concrete technical requirement for existing and new pharmaceutical plants.
In the single-use field, what matters most is compact integration, few interfaces and a simple, reproducible disposable change. Together with customers, we develop individually designed multi-way valve blocks that combine multiple functions and connect the filter directly. This supports a process-safe, application-appropriate PUPSIT implementation.
