La vanne à membrane 2/2 voies GEMÜ R647 est une vanne de passage à commande pneumatique. La vanne ne possède pas de ressort de fermeture et est uniquement fermée lorsqu'elle reçoit de l'air comprimé. Le siège de la vanne est équipé d'une membrane d'étanchéité. L'armature se compose essentiellement de trois pièces, le corps de vanne, la membrane d'arrêt et le couvercle avec le raccord pour fluide de commande. Le fluide de commande agit sur la membrane d'arrêt et la presse contre la barre d'arrêt se trouvant dans le corps de vanne. Le corps de vanne à haut rendement permet d'obtenir un haut débit avec une dimension compacte.

The 2/2-way diaphragm valve is a straight through valve and is pneumatically operated. The valve doesn't have a closing spring and is only closed by applying compressed air. A diaphragm is the sealing element. The valve is mainly made of three components, a valve body, a shut off diaphragm and a cover with control medium connector. The control medium applies direct pressure to the shut off diaphragm pressing it against the shut off weir in the valve body. The high-flow valve body provides compact dimensions at high flow rates.
