GEMÜ Code 17

The original diaphragms for GEMÜ diaphragm valves are available for various applications. They are divided into the two categories of soft elastomer and PTFE diaphragms and are of the normal top GEMÜ quality. They have a special compound in accordance with the original GEMÜ specification, are manufactured using a certified production process within the GEMÜ Group or at a certified supplier and tested on our own test rigs. To ensure the high quality of the diaphragms, including when in use, GEMÜ offers the "Service instruction" and "Train the trainer" training courses. These primarily focus on practical aspects, whereby the diaphragm is changed several times using different valves, while the trainer also explains the possible assembly errors and their effects. They also discuss the topic of "readjusting seal adjusters, position indicators and positioners". In order to provide initial information and/or to make information available for future reference, the training team has produced this video which shows how to change diaphragms of nominal sizes from DN15 upwards.
