GEMÜ C481 Victoria

GEMÜ designs products that control and regulate their respective applications safely, precisely and reliably. In order to ensure proper control and regulation, quality assurance measures are defined and implemented with the entire manufacturing process in mind. Part of this strategy includes the test rigs which are used at the GEMÜ manufacturing sites and the tests which are performed there in accordance with a variety of standards and for various other quality features. One of the in-house rigs is known as the "butterfly valve test rig". The individual steps for testing in accordance with ISO 9001 / DIN EN12266-1:2012-06 are shown using the example of the GEMÜ 480 Victoria in the nominal size DN600. A torque test is also carried out. The GEMÜ 48X Victoria® soft seated butterfly valve can be supplied with a bare shaft (480), pneumatic (481) or motorized (487 or 488) actuator. The butterfly valve is available in nominal sizes DN 25-600 and in various body versions (wafer, lug and U section). GEMÜ also offers the GEMÜ C48X and D48X butterfly valve series. These are also soft seated valves, some of which are also available in other nominal sizes and designs (valve body material, liner, etc.).
