All our butterfly valves and ball valves are fitted with a standardized connection flange in accordance with EN ISO 5211. This allows a range of valve actuators to be fitted, depending on the requirements.

GEMÜ valves are fully assembled in our in-house Production department – with compatible add-on components and accessories on request.
The pre-assembled solutions are supplied preset and tested. Not only can you obtain all components from a single source, you also reduce the effort required for logistics and installation of the plant on site, as well as for documentation.
Error position and fail-safe condition for electrical actuators
In the event of an error, such as the energy supply failing, valves can bring your plant to a safe state. The actuators should catch any power failures and initiate a fail-safe condition for this. For motorized linear actuators and small quarter turn actuators, the fail-safe condition can be achieved using an emergency power supply module.
GEMÜ valves with an electromagnetic actuator
All valves that are actuated with an electromagnetic actuator and used during the process are categorised as process solenoid valves. They are often used in dosing applications because they have ultra-fast cycle duties.
