Das 2/2-Wege-Geradsitzventil GEMÜ 536 verfügt über einen robusten, wartungsarmen Membranantrieb und wird pneumatisch betätigt. Das Ventil ist sehr gut als Regelventil geeignet. Die Absperrung am Ventilsitz erfolgt durch einen auf der Ventilspindel beweglich angeordneten Ventilteller. Die Abdichtung der Ventilspindel erfolgt über eine sich selbstnachstellende Stopfbuchspackung; dadurch ist auch nach langer Betriebszeit eine wartungsarme und zuverlässige Ventilspindelabdichtung gegeben. Der Abstreifring vor der Stopfbuchspackung schützt die Dichtung zusätzlich vor Verschmutzung und Beschädigung.
