Vanne papillon : Secteurs et domaines d'application
Les principaux domaines d'application des vannes papillon GEMÜ sont les applications industrielles, l'industrie chimique et l'exploitation et le traitement de l'eau. Les structures centrique et excentrique simple sont disponibles en standard. Pour certains projets, des vannes d'arrêt à double ou triple excentrique sont également disponibles. Grâce à des composants de régulation adaptés tels qu'indicateurs électriques de position et régulateurs de position et de process, les vannes papillon GEMÜ peuvent aussi être utilisées dans des circuits de régulation.
Vanne papillon: Principe de la vanne
La vanne papillon à axe centré se compose d'un corps circulaire dans lequel est insérée une manchette élastomère elle aussi circulaire. Un papillon guidé par un axe pivote dans le joint en effectuant un mouvement rotatif de 90°. En fonction de la version et du diamètre nominal, elle peut ainsi assurer la fermeture jusqu'à des pressions de service de 25 bars et des températures de 210 °C. Elle est le plus souvent utilisée pour les liquides mécaniquement purs mais résiste aussi sans problème, avec la combinaison de matériaux appropriée, aux fluides légèrement abrasifs ou aux gaz et aux vapeurs.
Grâce à une grande variété de matériaux, la vanne papillon se prête à une utilisation universelle, par exemple dans d'innombrables applications industrielles, pour le traitement de l'eau/eau potable ou encore dans les zones côtières et extracôtières. En l'absence de hautes exigences en matière de cycles de commutation, d'hygiène ou de précision de régulation, la vanne papillon constitue souvent une alternative peu coûteuse aux vannes fonctionnant selon d'autres principes. Pour les gros diamètres supérieurs à DN 150, elle est souvent le seul robinet d'arrêt encore envisageable. Pour répondre à des exigences plus élevées en termes de résistance chimique ou d'hygiène, il est possible d'utiliser une vanne papillon à manchette en PTFE ou en TFM. En combinaison avec un papillon en inox revêtu de PFA, elle convient aux fluides extrêmement agressifs de l'industrie chimique ou des semi-conducteurs. Avec un papillon en inox poli, elle peut aussi être utilisée dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou des denrées alimentaires.
Pour les vannes fonctionnant selon le principe décrit, GEMÜ propose de nombreux accessoires adaptés permettant une automatisation et une optimisation des process. Des indicateurs électriques de position, régulateurs de process et positionneurs, capteurs et appareils de mesure peuvent être facilement et rapidement installés, réglés et intégrés aux systèmes de commande des process.
